Blue Legal, a distinguished national law firm, is seeking a Client Relationship Management Specialist to enhance their regional operations through a pivotal 12-month contract. This role is integral to the Marketing Communications team, focusing on the effective implementation, upkeep, and utilization of the firm's CRM platform, specifically Peppermint/Microsoft Dynamics. The successful candidate will oversee CRM data integrity, assist system users, and ensure that the CRM effectively supports business development and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure data accuracy and optimize CRM workflows, including managing sales pipelines and tracking marketing campaigns.
  • Create and maintain marketing analytics dashboards along with regular performance reports.
  • Act as the data steward, leading data cleansing efforts to eliminate outdated or duplicate records.
  • Deliver CRM training sessions and develop educational materials for team members.
  • Engage with end users and developers to refine and prioritize CRM functionality requests, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Assist in formulating and executing a CRM strategy that aligns with the firm's overarching goals and enhances business development focus.
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures for CRM software usage and data governance.
  • Evaluate new CRM applications and collaborate with IT to ensure compliance and integration with existing systems.
  • Stay updated on emerging CRM technologies that could provide advantages to the firm.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience with CRM systems is essential, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
  • Preference will be given to candidates familiar with MS Dynamics/Peppermint.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM management tools and a solid understanding of data management principles are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
