A distinguished organization in the entertainment and gaming industry is on the lookout for a skilled and seasoned Lead CRM Strategist to spearhead their customer engagement initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to craft and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer interaction, retention, and loyalty. You will collaborate with various teams to design personalized and impactful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute detailed CRM strategies aimed at boosting customer engagement and loyalty.

• Analyze customer insights to uncover trends, behaviors, and opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns.

• Create and implement tailored multi-channel CRM campaigns (including email, SMS, app notifications, etc.).

• Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with overarching business objectives.

• Track and evaluate CRM campaign effectiveness, leveraging insights to refine future strategies.

• Lead and mentor a team of CRM specialists, promoting a culture of ongoing development and improvement.

• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to relevant data protection regulations.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and enhance CRM efforts.

Qualifications

• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is advantageous.

• At least 5 years of experience in CRM strategy or a comparable role, ideally within the entertainment sector.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable strategies.

• Familiarity with CRM software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a proven history of managing and developing teams.
