Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust global CRM strategy focused on enhancing customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
  • Create a comprehensive playbook for Top of the Funnel initiatives, ensuring streamlined and automated global CRM processes for effective campaign execution.
  • Design and refine customer journeys to provide a seamless experience across all interaction points, from first contact to sustained engagement.
  • Leverage customer insights and analytics to shape CRM strategies, uncover trends, and craft personalized marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to align CRM strategies with overarching business goals and maintain consistent messaging.
  • Oversee the selection and optimization of CRM tools and technologies to bolster our customer relationship management capabilities.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance strategies and improve return on investment.
  • Work in partnership with regional CRM teams to cultivate a collaborative and innovative work culture.
  • Adapt CRM strategies to cater to the diverse needs of global markets and customer segments, ensuring a tailored approach in each region.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in CRM with a track record of developing and implementing strategies that drive customer retention and engagement.
  • Expertise in crafting and optimizing customer journeys and experiences.
  • Proficient in utilizing customer data and analytics to inform personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective CRM strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and technologies, including their selection, implementation, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical abilities to monitor and evaluate the success of CRM initiatives and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership experience in managing and mentoring a diverse team of CRM professionals.
  • Capability to tailor CRM strategies to meet the demands of global markets and customer segments.
