Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM marketing strategy to drive consumer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth across multiple brands and markets.
  • Own the end-to-end planning of the global CRM communications calendar, leveraging data to create personalized marketing campaigns that align with our brand values and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM marketing, email marketing, and consumer segmentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand managers, marketing teams, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a CRM/Email marketing manager role, preferably within the beauty or luxury retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing and other CRM channels, such as SMS and Direct Mail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms, including Bloomreach, Braze, and Salesforce.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
