About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Data Executive to join our team at HeliosX Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our customer-centric approach and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a data-driven CRM strategy that aligns with our company objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our multichannel CRM programs and drive impactful results.
  3. Oversee customer journeys using our CRM tool, Braze, and leverage data and segmentation to understand our customers better.
  4. Plan, implement, and report on major CRM initiatives, including the launch of a new CRM program to support our mobile app launch.
  5. Work with Analytics and Engineering to access and utilize data for personalization and upselling.
  6. Manage strategies for NPS, surveys, and reviews to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Proven background in senior direct-to-customer CRM roles or as a contractor within a subscription model.
  2. Proficient in Braze for CRM management.
  3. Skilled in delivering automated CRM lifecycle initiatives from strategy to execution and analysis.
  4. Utilizes BI tools to derive actionable insights and drive decisions.
  5. Analytical and highly proficient in Excel.
