About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic thinker to join our team as a CRM Executive for our casino product in the UK and IE markets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer lifecycle management and a proven track record of developing and executing effective CRM strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Create and execute CRM strategies to drive conversion, retention, and reactivation for our casino product.
- Develop and implement targeted CRM campaigns to optimize user experience and increase ROI.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of CRM strategies.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement new tools and technologies to optimize CRM campaigns.
- Provide analysis and insights on the competition to inform CRM strategies.
- Experience in e-gambling or a related field is highly valued.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural work environment and company culture.
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
