About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team at Paysend Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a multi-touch point, multi-channel communications strategy that drives customer engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive communications calendar, ensuring timely and effective delivery of campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS.
  • Analyse campaign performance, identifying opportunities to increase engagement and conversion rates at all stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise daily, monthly, and quarterly schedules of CRM campaigns, coordinating content, creative, and copywriting with the product team to ensure targeted messaging to relevant customer segments.
  • Collaborate with local teams to support regional priorities, as well as partnership and media monetisation teams to support advertising in CRM calendar.
  • Work closely with product and development teams to improve the opt-in rate across all different communication channels.
  • Conduct regular research on competitors to identify industry trends and innovations, implementing findings to stay ahead of the curve and enhance the effectiveness of CRM strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in CRM and marketing automation, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer experience and conversion.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other regulations governing customer data privacy and protection.
