Position Overview:

The leadership of our global CRM strategy is a vital focus for DAZN. With a diverse range of content available on our platform, we strive to enhance user engagement and retention. Our goal is to broaden our outreach and highlight our extensive free content offerings to sports enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust global CRM strategy aimed at enhancing customer loyalty, engagement, and lifetime value.
  • Create a comprehensive playbook for Top of the Funnel activities to standardize and automate global CRM formats, ensuring effective campaign execution.
  • Design and refine customer journeys to guarantee a smooth experience across all interaction points, from initial contact to sustained engagement.
  • Leverage customer insights and analytics to shape CRM strategies, identify emerging trends, and craft tailored marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to align CRM efforts with overarching business goals and maintain consistent messaging.
  • Oversee the selection and optimization of CRM tools and technologies to bolster customer relationship management capabilities.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance strategies and improve return on investment.
  • Foster collaboration with regional CRM teams to cultivate an innovative and cooperative work environment.
  • Adapt CRM strategies to cater to the unique needs of various markets and customer segments globally, ensuring a personalized approach in each region.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in CRM with a track record of developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer retention and engagement.
  • Expertise in crafting and optimizing customer journeys and experiences.
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing customer data and analytics to create personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective CRM strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and technologies, including experience in their selection, implementation, and optimization.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to monitor and evaluate the success of CRM initiatives and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership experience in managing and mentoring a diverse team of CRM professionals.
  • Ability to tailor CRM strategies to meet the demands of global markets and customer segments.
