This pivotal role involves crafting and implementing CRM strategies that enhance customer interaction, retention, and loyalty. You will collaborate with various teams to design tailored and impactful customer experiences.
Core Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute detailed CRM strategies aimed at boosting customer engagement and loyalty.
- Examine customer insights to uncover trends, behaviors, and opportunities for targeted marketing efforts.
- Create and implement personalized multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, SMS, and app notifications.
- Work in conjunction with marketing and product teams to ensure CRM strategies align with overarching business objectives.
- Track and analyze CRM campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine future strategies.
- Lead and develop a team of CRM specialists, promoting a culture of ongoing improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy and adherence to relevant data protection regulations.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance CRM initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM strategy or a comparable role, ideally within the entertainment sector.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
