Job Overview

Exacta Solutions Ltd is seeking a seasoned CRM professional to lead the development and execution of innovative customer retention strategies and campaigns in the UK market.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can craft and optimize CRM and promotional initiatives across all iGaming products, focusing on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement CRM Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive CRM and promotional strategies that resonate with the brand values, driving customer engagement and loyalty at every interaction.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage and enhance lifecycle activities using a data-driven approach across all channels, with continuous performance analysis to refine and optimize lifecycle offers and customer journeys.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong collaboration with other departments by creating detailed plans and timelines, ensuring timely execution and monitoring productivity.
  • Campaign Prioritization: Partner closely with the Product Marketing team to prioritize customer-centric campaigns and offers, ensuring that the communication strategy aligns with both customer needs and business goals.
  • Marketing Campaign Evaluation: Collaborate with the analytics team to evaluate marketing campaigns and promotions, applying insights from other markets to fine-tune strategies for the UK market.
  • Campaign Execution: Develop and deliver localized, personalized campaigns via various customer channels, including onsite messaging, email, SMS, push notifications, and social media.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee CRM workflows from initial briefing to final execution, coordinating with CRM, Content, Design, Customer Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Lead the implementation of new tools and processes, or improve existing ones, to boost campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to use data and customer insights to drive impactful results.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the UK Gambling Industry, including key suppliers, competitors, and experience managing CRM and promotions across Casino, Sportsbook, and Racing.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of CRM and promotions experience in the UK market, with a proven ability to deliver growth through retention and promotion strategies.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Experience in managing gambling operations, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within the UK iGaming industry.
