Business Support Administrators are needed to join a company in Northampton. Candidates with experience in Financial Services (Mortgages and Banking) are preferred.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Client communication (F2F, verbal & written).
  • Updating client database (Intelliflo).
  • Providing assistance to advisers as required.
  • Preparing Client Portfolio reviews.
  • Fund/Plan Performance analysis.
  • Trades/Switches processing.
  • Sourcing/generating provider Illustrations.
  • Income Modelling/Cashflow Planning.
  • Gathering tax information/ Tax calculations.
  • New Business processing.
  • Drafting meeting summary communications for adviser.
  • Drafting Suitability Letters.
  • Provider communication (verbal & written).
