Opus People Solutions Ltd is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join the Housing Allocations team.
We are in search of individuals with administrative experience who are efficient, adaptable, and possess a keen interest in the housing sector.
There is a possibility for contract extensions and future opportunities for permanent roles.
The ideal candidate will have a background in a customer-oriented office environment and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to clients regarding the housing register.
- Assist the Allocations Manager with the daily operations of the housing allocation system.
- Deliver administrative support for the relevant IT systems.
- Process housing applications in accordance with established standards and timelines.
- Inform all housing applicants about their application status and bidding procedures.
- Address inquiries from applicants regarding all facets of the housing allocation scheme through various communication methods.
- Ensure that all completed housing applications are accurately entered into the software system, escalating any issues to the Allocations Manager as needed.
- Compile property information and promote available properties.
