About the Role

We have a position available to join our operation team. As a customer service coordinator, you will report into the Operation Manager (CS), will be the first line contact for assigned customers (our retail partners) in placing orders, and promotional team, answering queries, direct any queries to the right department. You will be building a strong relationship with 3PL warehouse to enable seamless flow of information for Customers of Orveon Global.

Primary Responsibilities

Process promotional orders and share related information with internal departments. Process orders through workflows and manage order confirmation for several accounts amongst UK and EMEA Resolve queries with pace and efficiency. Liaise with Finance supporting customers' accounts. Process Customers' returns with great attention to detail and high level of service. Monitoring, reporting and communicating Customer service levels and complaints KPIs Responsible for all credits and debits Key Stakeholders

Internal department (Sales teams, Finance, Marketing, Education) Customers 3PL Point(s) Of Contact - external warehouse IT development team Qualifications

Data entry and order management skills You will show comprehension and empathy for the customer. Strong attention to detail, curious, and resilient. Experience of Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience of using ERP / Order Management Systems is a plus. Fluent in English and another language beneficial.
