We are currently in search of a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Services Coordinator to become a vital member of our Shared Service recruitment team. Our collaborative service model has allowed us to innovate NHS recruitment through advanced technology, and you will be instrumental in providing top-notch customer service and recruitment proficiency. You will engage in hiring processes using the ESR system for some of the largest NHS Trusts in the area, enjoying the autonomy to thrive in your role with the backing of our technology and recruitment center of excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will primarily be assigned to one of the functional teams within the service but may be required to collaborate across various functions and rotate between teams as necessary:

  • Utilizing the ESR system for hiring
  • Advertising and front-end processes
  • Conducting employment verifications
  • Ensuring compliance
  • Managing HEE rotations
  • Overseeing bulk recruitment
  • Promoting equality and diversity

The post-holder will deliver a high-quality, responsive, and streamlined end-to-end recruitment service to a diverse range of clients, managing processes from the receipt of vacancy control approval through to the commencement of employment. You will collaborate with and support team leaders, managers, and colleagues to collectively provide a comprehensive recruitment service in accordance with standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
