We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment process, ensuring the smooth administration of pupillage applications, and providing exceptional customer service to our candidates and barristers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate and manage pupillage applications, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Create and distribute application materials to shortlisting and interview groups
  • Communicate effectively with applicants, barristers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
  • Organize and coordinate interviews, mini pupillage days, and other recruitment events
  • Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
