Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

TXM Recruit is seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating a wide range of activities related to centralised recruitment processes. This includes managing the ATS (Workday) system, coordinating candidate management, interview organisation, and providing administrative support where required.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the ATS (Workday) system to ensure efficient candidate management
Coordinate interview organisation and provide administrative support
Assist with writing and posting adverts on internal and external job boards, including LinkedIn
Support the candidate sourcing process by attracting passive and active talent into various positions
Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to recruitment processes, procedures, and policies

Requirements:
Previous recruitment coordination and administration experience within a fast-moving corporate environment
Excellent planning, prioritising, and organising skills
Awareness and understanding of HR/recruitment practices
Intermediate to advanced IT skills, typically Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Previous experience working for an in-house talent team or a recruitment agency
