About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to provide administrative and project support to our UK&I Retail Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing team processes, providing administrative support, and responding to queries as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage team processes and provide administrative support, respond to queries as appropriate.
  • Lead the ongoing development of Workday Recruiting, fulfilling the Workday Recruiting 'Super-User' role.
  • Support the wider business on our internal support system 'Workday help', responding to queries in a timely manner to resolution.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for interview arranging, liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and third parties where required.
  • Manage recruitment invoices, confirming details are correct and processing/coding and approving according to cost centre.
  • Coordinate and administer the development of policies and processes such as access to Workday Recruiting, supporting hiring managers in creating and accessing requisitions in Workday.
  • Manage the recruitment preferred supplier list, ensuring contracts are up to date and compliant.
  • Provide insightful reporting and data analysis to spotlight and enhance our recruitment proposition.

Requirements

  • Prior Recruitment/HR coordination experience in a fast-moving, complex, and international business.
  • Experience in Workday ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Data-minded and target-driven.
  • Highly organized self-starter with a can-do attitude.
  • A team player, who is motivated by achieving shared goals.
  • A quick learner who thrives in fast-paced environments, and is able to adapt to changing needs and circumstances.
  • Proven communicator who is comfortable managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
