About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As a key member of our Primary Care team, you will provide administrative support to our Service Manager and team, ensuring effective communication with patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the Primary Care Service, including coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records.
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, staff, and external partners, building trust and confidence in our services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Microsoft Packages, with a strong understanding of administrative software and systems.
