Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing their requests, and coordinating the necessary work activities with our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries and service requests from clients, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Effective planning and scheduling of routine maintenance workloads to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.
  • Liaise with clients to arrange appointments for engineers' attendances and maintain accurate records of client interactions and work orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Provide engineers' reports to clients following engineers' visits and request purchase orders as necessary.
  • Update client portals and work alongside the Operations Manager and sales team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and scanning.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven clerical and administrative experience in the service industry.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Sage and CASH is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a positive and helpful company culture, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
