- Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, handling scheduling queries, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including document preparation, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project management teams, electricians, and contractors to ensure the electrical programme is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Data Management: Accurately input and update appointment and project data in company databases and project management systems.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a construction, social housing, or electrical services context.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems and processes.
- Competitive Salary: A salary of £30,000 - £33,000, depending on experience.
- Annual Leave: 21 days annual leave plus public holidays.
