Position Overview: As the Service Administrator, you will be the initial point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

Key Details:

Job Title: Service Administrator

Location: Accessible location requiring personal transportation

Benefits: Contemporary office setting, 25 days of annual leave plus an additional day for your birthday

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate call-outs and maintenance schedules for a team of engineers across the UK.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their service requests.
  • Prepare Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Utilize client portals and complete necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical support to resolve issues or escalate to engineers as needed.
  • Monitor daily job progress and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Process invoice requests and assist with financial documentation.
  • Participate in weekly service meetings to report on progress.
  • Provide coverage for the Service and Stock Coordinator during absences.
  • Engage in ad hoc projects as required.
  • Utilize company systems for accounts and project management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating engineering services.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of the UK.
  • Exceptional telephone communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT, with experience in MS Office and Sage 50 being advantageous.
