Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at Griffin Fire. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer queries, and processing orders and invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide quality customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Management: Process orders, returns, and exchanges via email and phone, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customer requests.
  • Invoice Management: Invoicing clients and processing sales and purchase invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule maintenance and reactive works, ensuring seamless execution of customer requests.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Assist with ad-hoc projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Five or more GCSEs including maths and English to a minimum of 'C' level.
  • Experience: At least two years' relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
