We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at ASG International. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and allocate team resources to meet business and client requirements, ensuring production targets and deadlines are consistently met.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
- Client Service Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Services team to ensure service delivery aligns with both client and internal expectations.
- Technology Implementation: Champion the adoption of new technology and standardize processes across the team to improve efficiency.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all production activities adhere to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience: Managing a team of production coordinators, project managers, and internal client management functions.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills: Ability to excel in fast-paced environments with advanced problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Particularly MS Excel.
