Position Overview

Amazon TA is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator within our Supply Chain Solutions division. The primary focus of this role is to enhance the customer experience through effective management of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Customer Support Coordinator (CSC) is tasked with overseeing the daily operations of our order management system, ensuring that customer inquiries and escalations are resolved efficiently. This role is pivotal in achieving or surpassing daily performance targets related to real-time customer alerts and order escalations.

Essential duties include:

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Developing and conducting training sessions for global customers on our order management and reporting systems.
  • Enforcing workflows and approvals within the order management framework while collaborating with Supply Chain execution teams to mitigate risks and ensure timely deliveries.
Customer Engagement

The CSC serves as the main point of contact for real-time feedback from customers, providing insights to regional and global Customer Service Managers. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities to drive swift resolutions for complex issues, ultimately improving the customer service experience throughout the order journey.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with MS Access and SQL.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including skills in pivot tables, data cleansing, and logical formulas.
