Customer Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at FirstPort. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Process and respond to written communication in accordance with targets set by the Customer Support Management Team.
- Liaise closely with Property Managers to ensure issues are resolved promptly and courteously.
- Update internal databases accurately and regularly, including relevant documentation to be saved within the appropriate areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support via administration.
- Working independently or within a team to achieve team and company Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Improving service levels and contributing to the overall success of the Customer Service team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a busy and demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with various Microsoft packages and systems simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and ability to provide accurate and reliable information.
