About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at FirstPort.

As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process and respond to written communication in accordance with targets set by the Customer Support Management Team.
  • Liaise closely with Property Managers to resolve issues promptly and courteously.
  • Update internal databases accurately and regularly, including relevant documentation.
