About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at FirstPort. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Response: Ensure written communication is processed and responses are issued in accordance with targets set by the Customer Support Management Team.
  • Issue Resolution: Closely liaise with Property Managers to ensure issues are resolved promptly and courteously.
  • Database Management: Ensure internal databases are updated accurately and regularly, inclusive of any relevant documentation to be saved within the appropriate areas.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A high level of attention to detail and ability to provide accurate and reliable information.
  • Confidence working with various MS packages and ability to use different systems simultaneously.
  • A focus on improving service levels, working independently or within a team to achieve team and company SLA's.
