Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Reservations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Event Support: Collaborate with our events team to ensure smooth event execution, including preparation and distribution of event details and run sheets.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting, to support the efficient operation of our support office.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support and assistance as needed.
