Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service.
- Coordinate maintenance visits and call-outs for a team of engineers across the UK.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their service requests.
- Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Manage client portals and complete necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with technical support to resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate with engineers regarding job progress to ensure timely service delivery.
- Process invoice requests and assist in financial reporting.
- Participate in weekly service meetings to discuss operations.
- Provide support for the Service and Stock Coordinator during absences.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating engineers.
- Strong geographical knowledge of the UK.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Proficient in IT, with a preference for experience in MS Office and Sage 50.
