ABOUT YOUBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience in an HR department; ideally with knowledge of employee onboarding and offboardingBasic knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations; knowledge of US employment laws is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Bamboo preferredExcellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrable project management experience, able to see tasks through to completion within agreed timescalesAn independent work ethic combined with a collaborative approach to problem solvingGreat attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressureOutstanding attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work to deadlinesAbility to set realistic expectations with colleagues and to seek creative approaches/solutions for their needsExcellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple situations and projects simultaneously It would be nice if you have: Familiarity with project management software such as AsanaExperience with SMEs or a high growth environment
