Role Overview

As an HR Coordinator, you will be instrumental in assisting the HR department with a variety of administrative functions. Your role will encompass managing sensitive information with care, supporting HR operations, and ensuring the efficient execution of daily HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR administrative functions, including maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and updating HR systems.
  • Handle sensitive information while ensuring compliance with privacy standards.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide general administrative assistance to the HR team.
  • Help organize HR-related events and training sessions.
  • Maintain HR documentation, ensuring all files are current and accurately organized.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated administrative experience, preferably in an HR context, though specific HR experience is not mandatory.
  • Capability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.

Contract Information
