Position: HR Support Coordinator

Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Support Coordinator to join our esteemed HR team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a prestigious organization within the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative assistance to the HR department. Your duties will include:
  • Maintaining precise records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Drafting and managing HR-related correspondence.
  • Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Coordinating the exit process for departing employees.
  • Overseeing the HR sections on the company intranet.

Onboarding and Recruitment:
You will also play a significant role in the onboarding process, which involves:
  • Collaborating with recruitment agencies.
  • Scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Arranging orientation sessions for new hires.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess at least 18 months of relevant experience, ideally within the legal or professional services industry. Proficiency in IT, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with familiarity with HR databases, is essential.
