Position: HR Operations Coordinator

Contract Type: Temporary (6 weeks)

Compensation: £16 per hour

Urgent Requirement

A dynamic software-as-a-service (SaaS) organization is in need of an HR Operations Coordinator to assist with various administrative tasks within the EMEA HR division. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £15-16 and is designed for an interim period.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting a high-volume HR team during a peak operational phase. The position allows for a hybrid work arrangement, with approximately 50% of the time spent in the office and the remainder working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the HR communication inbox and serving as the primary contact for team inquiries.
  • Addressing urgent requests and managing the resolution of logged HR tickets.
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, verification of work eligibility, and background checks. This includes coordinating IT equipment and orientation for new hires.
  • Supporting payroll-related tasks, including tracking absences, maternity leave, and other HR-related administrative functions.
  • Assisting with any additional HR administrative requirements as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced HR environment and be seeking a temporary role for a duration of up to six weeks. The ability to function independently while also collaborating effectively with a team is essential. Candidates should be adept at managing multiple priorities and adapting to rapidly changing deadlines, as this is a high-energy workplace.
