About the Role

The HR Operations Administrator is a key member of the Ferrovial team, responsible for providing administrative support to the HR function. This role is ideal for an individual who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Process new hires, terminations, and employee data changes in the Workday HR system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Coordinate company inductions for new hires, ensuring they are familiar with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Generate and compile HR-related data and reports, including headcount, turnover, and compliance metrics.
  • Support the HR team with benefits administration, including processing benefits enrollments and changes.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the HR function.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a HR or business operations setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
