In this essential position, you will engage closely with a progressive HR team, facilitating impactful data analysis and delivering crucial administrative assistance. You will be an integral part of a dynamic HR Operations group that significantly influences the employee journey, guarantees policy adherence, and advocates for ongoing enhancement throughout the organization. This role presents an exciting chance to make a difference in a vibrant environment and be part of a company dedicated to advancement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team in generating regular reports and providing reporting assistance for various HR projects and initiatives.
- Input and oversee data within the HR system (Oracle), ensuring accuracy and timeliness, including processing employee modifications as necessary.
- Support HR Advisors with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Aid HR advisors in the management of monthly payroll processing.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including immigration compliance and initial orientation.
- Enhance processes and protocols for the HR Operations Team.
- Engage in special projects as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Preferably possess at least 1+ years of experience in a relevant HR position.
- Experience in Financial Services is advantageous.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables.
- Analytical, numerate, and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with UK Employment Law.
