HR Operations Coordinator

This role requires an efficient HR Operations Coordinator to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract basis. The successful candidate will be a key player in the Human Resources team, coordinating and executing HR operations in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate HR operations, including on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Administer HR-related documentation such as contracts of employment.
- Maintain HR systems and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support the HR team in implementing HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide advice and support to staff on HR matters.
- Help in creating a positive work environment and improving employee engagement.
- Manage HR-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in HR operations within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrable Workday experience and ideally a ticketing system like Jira.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and databases.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Able to be office based 5 days per week.
- A competitive salary of around £40,000 to £45,000 per year.
