HR Operations Coordinator

Planet Pharma is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our global workforce by handling routine inquiries, providing detailed information on HR policies, benefits, and the employee life cycle. This role involves data entry, training session coordination, and assisting with project administration.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and audit employee data across various HR systems.
Organize and set up training sessions, send out invites, and manage attendee and reserve lists.
Coordinate with facilitators, track attendance, and support training logistics to ensure smooth execution.
Provide administrative support for HR projects as needed, assisting with scheduling, documentation, and project tracking.
Support cross-functional initiatives by gathering data, maintaining records, and performing audits.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service / HR operations preferred.
Proficient in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Workday prior experience required.
