At Opus 2, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Team Coordinator to support our business operations and contribute to the success of our rapidly scaling organization. This role will provide an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our Human Resources team and take on a wide range of responsibilities.

Job Overview

The HR Team Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Director and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support to the HR Director and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • HR Processes: Ensure that all HR processes are up-to-date and compliant with employment legislation. This includes maintaining accurate employee data, conducting policy reviews, and providing quarterly reporting metrics.
  • Employee Relations: Provide support to managers and staff on HR-related matters, including benefits administration, new starter and offboarding processes, and performance management.
  • Communication and Engagement: Lead core communication and engagement initiatives to promote a positive company culture through newsletters, new starter notifications, and other events.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven HR experience: A solid background in HR administration or coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
  • Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, contributory pension plan, and flexible working arrangements.
