HR Junior Coordinator Role Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Junior Coordinator to join our team at Unilabs.

As an HR Junior Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering and updating the HRIS (Oracle), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Managing all HR-related administration, including employee benefits, absence records, and maintaining accurate employee files.
  • Preparing all payroll information, including monthly incidents as absences or overtime.
  • Maintaining all absence records across the organisation.
  • Supporting on HR audits to ensure compliance with UKAS and CQC standards and regulations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address audit findings and maintain accreditation requirements.
  • Managing the KnowB4 training portal and the company's Learning and Development resources.
  • Recruitment: advertising live jobs, reviewing advert responses, and supporting hiring managers in completing all required steps for approval in Oracle (OneHR).

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in HR coordination and administration.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in recruitment, on boarding, and performance management.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience in private health sector or public health sector is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity of HRIS – Oracle, is an advantage.
  • Basic payroll experience or transferable skills.
