Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to support our HR Business Partners in the South of the UK. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team to identify key priorities and deliver HR operational activities, including onboarding and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with HR Business Partners to identify key priorities and deliver HR operational activities.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining, updating and communicating HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide generalist support to the business, including onboarding support and conducting exit interviews.
  • Assist the HR team in maintaining knowledge of UK employment legislation.
  • Support managers and HR Business Partners with engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Draft complex contracts of employment and coordinate changes to Terms & Conditions.
  • Handle administration surrounding Family Friendly Leave and attend interviews or discussions as required.
  • Support HRBPs with Disciplinaries, Grievances, Redundancies, TUPE's and complex Employee Relations matters.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months practical HR experience gained within a fast moving HR environment and be educated to A'Level standard.
