A Technology Consultancy, Tay Associates Ltd, is seeking an HR Support Specialist to assist with the development and implementation of the company's HR function. As a key member of the HR team, you will report into the HR Manager and be responsible for supporting the whole business. Key responsibilities include assisting with the development of HR policies, updating documents, supporting end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, coordinating and administering training and development across the company.

This role would suit an organised and eager individual who is a highly motivated and proactive team player. The successful candidate will be incredibly switched on and articulate with excellent interpersonal communication skills. They will be used to working at a fast pace and be able to use their own initiative.

Key skills and experience required include a degree in HR or a business-related subject, CIPD Level 3 or 5, proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant Human Resources/Administrative position, a positive work ethic and a muck-in attitude, confident liaising with senior-level individuals, resilient and professionalism, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, good people and communication skills, and a team player.
