Job Title: HR Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Support Specialist to join our team at Capita. As an HR Support Specialist, you will provide professional human resources services to clients, producing work of the highest possible standard while complying with employment legislation and statutory regulations, policies and procedures, and in accordance with client contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver the full range of professional human resources services to clients, producing work of the highest possible standard while complying with employment legislation and statutory regulations, policies and procedures, and in accordance with client contracts.
- To provide an accurate and timely remote HR service, responding to telephone and email enquiries and supporting HR cases, ensuring accurate and timely recording of information.
- To ensure client retention through effective relationship management and also identify opportunities to develop and grow the business.
- To be an effective team player who contributes to the overall success of the HR function, supporting colleagues and teams when required.
Requirements:
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development in HR.
- HR related Qualification/Accreditation/willing to work towards.
- A background of providing HR support in a schools/education environment.
- Experience of providing quality advice and guidance on high-risk HR casework.
- An up-to-date knowledge, understanding, and practical application of employment legislation and issues including diversity in employment.
