HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Office & HR Manager with various HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, research, and drafting policies.
- Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Support the HR Director with employee queries and HR-related projects.
- Collate and report on HR management information to inform business decisions.
- Educated to at least A Level standard or equivalent.
- A degree in HR/law or similar is desirable.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Well-organized with the ability to prioritize work.
- Commitment to equal opportunities and inclusion.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR databases.
The successful candidate will be required to attend our London office 2 days a week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
