HR Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Administrator to support the HR Team in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the HR Department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  2. Assist with HR processes related to recruitment, onboarding, and compliance, maintaining accurate records and data.
  3. Secure and maintain employee records and personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  4. Ensure accurate data for payroll and HR reporting, contributing to the overall success of the HR Team.
  5. Conduct safeguarding checks, including references and DBS checks, to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  6. Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing excellent communication and customer service.
  7. Track probation and absence management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Contribute to ongoing improvements in HR services, identifying areas for development and implementing changes.
Requirements:
  1. Level 2 qualification in English, Maths, and Science.
  2. Strong administrative and organizational skills, with excellent communication abilities.
  3. Experience with IT applications and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  4. Commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding, with a strong focus on data protection.
