Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our team at LinkPoint Resources Limited. As an HR Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR administrative support with personnel changes, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, and scheduling interviews.
- Carry out data input on HRIS software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare and send out letters, emails, and contracts to employees, as required.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR department.
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
