Senior HR Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading various system implementation projects from commencement to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead on various system implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and adoption by the business.
- Develop and maintain complex reports and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Line manage 2 HR Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure HR systems meet business needs and long-term strategies.
- Proven experience in HRIS and data analysis, with a strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
- Expertise in data reporting, specifically with Power BI, and experience with dashboard building and complex data reporting/visualisation.
- Strong experience with HCM systems, including iTrent, Cascade, Workday, and PeopleSoft.
- Line management experience is highly desirable.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HR Systems Specialist to join a passionate team and lead on a number of HR Systems-related projects. You will have the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis, with only 2 days per week on-site in SE5, and access to a range of employee benefits, including an employer contribution pension scheme.
