About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Portfolio HR & Reward. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR operations, including data entry, data audits, and other administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle, benefits, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HRIS and Reporting: Input HR-related data into our HRIS systems, maintain holiday/absence records, and respond to employee queries.
  • Data Migration: Assist with the migration of time off and absence from our current system to Workday, including designing help text for Employee Self Service and creating user guides and training materials.
  • Benefits Administration: Maintain employee details on benefits portals, promote employee benefits, and keep the intranet up to date.
  • Compensation Analysis: Analyze benchmarking data from our broker and update existing compensation levels to reflect changes in the market.
  • Learning and Development: Prepare reporting and systems for the company-wide rollout of online compliance training.
  • General Administration: Manage the Group HR mailbox, respond to employee queries, and ensure invoices are passed onto Finance in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience within HR Operations or HR Administration.
  • Workday experience.
  • Experience with a similar project and implementation of a new HR/Payroll System.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
  • Experience working with US counterparts and awareness of time zones would be desirable.
  • A confident, warm personality - a person who inspires trust.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A team player who is able to positively contribute to and collaborate with the whole department.
  • Able to work independently and autonomously, using initiative and proficient problem-solving skills.
