About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HR Systems Specialist to join a passionate team and lead on a number of HR Systems-related projects. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for leading various system implementation projects from commencement to completion, ensuring that various HR systems meet the necessary business needs and long-term strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Implementation: Lead on various system implementation projects from commencement to completion, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Data Visualization: Be responsible for the creation of complex report building and data visualization, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Line Management: Line manage 2 HR Analysts, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure that various HR systems meet the necessary business needs and long-term strategies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as required.
Requirements
  • HRIS Expertise: Be an HRIS and data expert with significant experience in data reporting, specifically with Power BI, and evidenced experience with dashboard building and complex data reporting/visualization.
  • System Knowledge: Have strong experience with HCM systems, including iTrent, Cascade, Workday, and PeopleSoft.
  • Line Management Experience: Have line management experience, which will be highly favorable.
