About the Role:We are seeking a talented HR Communications Manager to support the Leadership and People and Culture Teams in ensuring transparent, proactive, and positive communication across the charity during a period of transformation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute internal communications strategies to support organisational change
- Create engaging communications assets, including scripts, briefing documents, and internal content across the organisation's platforms
- Provide senior counsel to the leadership team, supporting communication in both strategic and crisis scenarios
- Facilitate communication with employees, promoting positive relations and addressing concerns during the transformation period
- Ensure consistent communication that bridges departments and promotes team collaboration
- Proven experience in internal communications, ideally within HR or People and Culture teams
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, including CEO and board members
- Experience developing strategic communications and managing change in complex organisations
