Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR Communications and Engagement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive organisational voice, driving engagement and adoption of HR systems, processes and strategic initiatives through communication strategies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and impactful messages for different audiences. They will also be adept at managing multiple projects and have strong organisation and planning skills.

The Global HR Communications and Engagement Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders and teams to develop and implement internal communication and engagement campaigns on a range of areas, from HR systems, processes and cyclical HR activities to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global communication plans that support the effective delivery of key people messages
  • Provide comms support for broader Organisational Development projects and initiatives as required
  • Proactively identify and communicate linkages between projects and activities, including firm strategy and priorities, to create a consistent narrative
  • Continually review and adapt communication and engagement practices to support the evolving needs of the HR function and firm

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering engagement and communications campaigns, strategies and content
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and impactful messages for different audiences
  • Adept at managing multiple projects
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Experience of SharePoint Online software (desirable)
  • Graphics/creative design experience (desirable)
